Over the years she has discovered the importance of looking at challenges and difficulties in a holistic way connecting the mind, body and spirit to achieve balance and wellness. Zenia offers a variety of services and treatment modalities to support individuals through various life challenges.
Zenia sees this therapeutic process as partnership between two people, rather than a client/expert relationship. Through this partnership, Zenia aims to bring awareness to that which may be a barrier for change or forward movement in your life.

Individual sessions 50 minutes
Frequency of sessions typically is once/week. This will ultimately be decided by you and frequency can be adjusted at any time. Both short and long term therapy is available to address your individual concerns and needs.
